All materials published in the journal are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) licence. Submission of a manuscript is regarded as the author’s agreement with the terms of this licence and as confirmation that the article is original, has not been submitted to other publishers, and does not infringe the copyright of third parties.

The author retains full copyright, while the editorial office is granted the right of first publication. This entitles the journal to:

• print the article and distribute printed copies;
• translate articles written in Ukrainian into English and disseminate the translations;
• make electronic versions of the articles (both the original and the translation) available on the journal’s website, in repositories, databases, and other electronic resources.

In all cases, a proper bibliographic reference or an active hyperlink to the electronic version of the article on the official website of the journal is required.
