“Ecological Safety and Balanced Use of Resources” provides all of its content as open access, meaning free access for all readers and their institutions. All articles published in open access will remain available for reading, downloading, copying, and distribution on a permanent basis.

Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) is a licence designed to support open access to scientific materials and other works. This licence was first introduced in 2002 and allows authors to retain their copyright while enabling others to freely copy, adapt, and use the material, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original work. This maintains a balance between open access to information and the rights of authors.

Users are allowed to:

• copy, create excerpts, summaries, and new works based on the article;
• modify and adapt the material, as well as use it commercially, including reuse and resale by commercial entities, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original publication with the relevant DOI and licence.
