Complaints Policy

The Editorial Board will promptly and efficiently respond to all complaints, providing constructive feedback. A decision on each complaint will be made after a detailed analysis, considering its nature and complexity, and in accordance with the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Any suggestions or complaints can be sent to the journal's email address mail@esbur.com.ua. All submissions will be reviewed within 30 working days. Depending on the complexity of the issue, the review period may be extended.

A complaint should be clear, concise, and provide sufficient information to support any potential violation of the journal’s publication ethics. If possible, please provide additional documents that support your claims.

If a complaint concerns matters outside the journal's scope, such as personal grievances against authors, editors, reviewers, or members of the Editorial Board, a response will be provided explaining why the matter falls outside the journal’s jurisdiction. Additionally, the journal will not conduct an investigation if the complaint is made in an offensive, threatening, or defamatory manner.
